HR Fundamentals- The Leadership Competencies 1 & 2

Learning outcomes for this workshop include:  verbal vs non-verbal communication, active listening, communication styles, power of intention, triangulation, best practices in workplace communication, navigating a multi-generational workplace, difficult conversations, goal setting, team building fundamentals.

Begins Thursday, January 10th, 5-8:30 pm, 11 consecutive weeks on Thursdays, 40 hour course.

* Open to Lebanese Chamber Members or their employees at no cost.  Each course is valued at approx. $ 4,000 per person.

(Leadership Competencies Level 2 will follow in the spring which will include: crucial conversations, giving and receiving feedback, conflict resolutions/negotiation, building trust and learning styles– registration will open soon.)
