Ecommerce is one of the fastest growing areas of the online economy and one that no retailer, wholesaler or business-to-business supplier should overlook.

Introduction to Ecommerce is a crash course that explores and explains the different aspects of ecommerce. The course covers a wide range of material, including: the growth of ecommerce; consumer behaviours and shopping trends; starting and running an ecommerce business; and how to manage it all. Knowledge is the fuel to power you forward, whether you’re just starting out or stuck in neutral.

This interactive course is designed to empower its participants to overcome perceived obstacles and help them to embrace commerce in a manner that is best suited to their particular business.
