2017 10th Annual Cedar & Maple Gala
The 10th Annual Cedar & Maple Gala was held on May 18th, 2017 in the Cunard Centre, Halifax. The annual gala has doubled in size since the previous year, which was held at the historical site of Pier 21. The evening was full of ethnic traditions from music, dancing, attire, food and much more. Nearly 700 guest gathered to not only hear our enthusiastic keynote speaker, David Chilton, The Wealthy Barber; but to especially celebrate the successes our community members in the following awards:
Lebanese Person of the Year: Wadih Fares
Lebanese Company of the Year: Templeton Properties
Canadian Company of the Year: G & R Chartered Professional Accountants
Lebanese Professional of the Year: Robert Daniel
